DETER-CIP is a special chlorine-free alkaline preparation for cleaning circuits by the Cleaning In Place, CIP system. It is a complete detergent that allows cleaning in a single phase, simplifying the process and managing to reduce cleaning times and other associated costs: water, energy, chemical product and waste generation. Product recommended for cleaning milk pipes in the dairy industry, livestock farms and the food industry in general.

HOW TO USE IT
It is always recommended to rinse with water until all traces of milk are removed from the circuits. Subsequently, clean by circulating a 0.5 to 1% product solution in hot water (very high temperatures are not necessary, but above 30ºC) for 10 to 15 minutes. The product is formulated to clean in a single phase. Finally, empty the circuit and rinse with drinking water until all traces of detergent are removed.
Do not mix with any other product, especially in the case of acidic products.
