SHIPPING AND RETURNS CONDITIONS
Shipping costs will be displayed on the order page when the order is accepted. They are as shown below:
• Shipments to the Spainish peninsula: € 5.75
• Shipments to Portugal: € 6.50 (No shipments are made to the islands)
• Shipments to the Balearic Islands: € 19
• Shipments to the United Kingdom:
- Between 1-5Kg: € 52
- Between 5-10Kg: € 70
- Between 10-20Kg: € 100
- Between 20-30Kg; € 108
- Between 30-40Kg: € 115
- Between 40-50Kg: € 118
These expenses will be free for the Spainish peninsula and Portugal if the amount of € 50 is exceeded. Orders with more than 50Kg of weight will not be accepted. If you want to place an order with a higher weight, please contact us at +34 981 733 537 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At SAVELO, S.L. We know that you want to receive your order and that is why we work so that you have your order as soon as possible.
The deadlines established by our logistics partners are indicative, and will be met as long as the order is placed before 12pm.
• Shipments to the Spanish peninsula: 24-48 business hours (Deliveries before 19:00 on the next business day to be collected at the factory).
• Shipments to Portugal: 24-48 business hours (Deliveries before 19:00 on the next business day to be collected at the factory). (No shipments are made to the islands)
• Shipments to the Balearic Islands: 7 business days.
• Shipments to the United Kingdom: 2-5 business days.
Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
The delay of the order will not imply the cancellation of the order or the right to any compensation.
Once the order has been placed, no changes to the delivery address are allowed.
In general, transport companies usually ask for the signature and ID number of the person who collects the merchandise as proof that it has been delivered. In the event that you notice that an item is missing, or that the order is defective (broken box, deformed packaging ...), please do not sign the delivery and contact us as soon as possible on the phone number +34 981733537 or at e-mail email@example.com. At the moment the delivery is signed, the customer is renouncing his right to complain about the status of the order.
If you want to return any item, please contact our customer service (+34981733537), and after verifying the order number and other information, we will send a carrier to pick up your package in the next 24 hours (as long as it is not Saturday, Sunday, holidays or vacation period).
The return period is 15 calendar days from the moment the order is placed. These must be made in their original packaging.
If there is no just cause for the return, the shipping costs corresponding to the collection of the merchandise will be charged.
You will receive the refund amount in your account by the same means in which the payment was made. This return will be made once the merchandise arrives at our facilities and we can verify that it is in perfect condition.
